What you'll practise
- Settling — Lying down, listening to the sounds around you and letting the breath be natural.
- Sankalpa — An intention in one short sentence in the present, said silently three times and again at the end.
- Rotation — Awareness moving quickly and lightly through the body, part by part, side by side.
- Breath Count — Following the natural breath and counting the breaths backwards, silently.
- Opposites — Heaviness and lightness, warmth and coolness, called up and let go.
- Images — Simple images that come and go: a still lake, a path, a candle flame, a wide sky.

About the sound
Each session layers soft tone pairs, one in each ear, over a gentle noise bed, with a voice guiding you. Research on binaural beats is mixed; we publish both sides.
