About 2hives

Two domes of fine glowing lines, one pale green and one apricot, rising from a calm night horizon and overlapping, with a single warm light and a thin beam rising between them.

Why 2hives exists

2hives exists to help elevate vibration and human consciousness, one session at a time.

2hives makes guided audio for people who like to explore their own minds: relaxation, sleep, imagination, rehearsal and contemplative practice, in your own time and your own words.

Measured, layered sound

Every session is built from several binaural tone pairs over a soft noise bed. We measured how classic layered programs are put together and generate each session from those measurements, never from a recording. How we did it is in our research note.

Written around you

You describe what you want, and the script is written around your words: your name, your images, your pace. Safety lines at the start and the end stay as they are.

Honest about the research

Binaural beats are a real perception. Whether they change brain activity is still debated, and we say so: read what the research says. 2hives is for relaxation and meditation, not a substitute for professional care; see our disclaimer.
