Who it is for

Help people make time to be still, together.

We are looking for creators of any size who care about calm, focus, sleep habits, mindfulness or music, and who would like to bring a daily 10-minute habit to their audience. You do not need a large following. You need to be honest, kind and clear about what you did.

The challenge is for adults aged 18 and over.

What you gain

  • Early access. You see new challenge materials on this page before they are public.
  • A feature and a credit. If you agree, we feature your team or your post on the 2hives channels, and we credit you on the progress page of your language if you help it come alive.

No cash, no commission, no affiliate fees. Because these are benefits, you must label your posts as advertising (see Disclosure). Paid partnerships: contact us. info@2hives.com

The campaign brief

The Guided Meditation Challenge: 30 days. 10 minutes a day. Together.

  • 21 Dec 2026 to 19 Jan 2027
  • Starts on World Meditation Day, 21 Dec 2026
  • Sign-ups are open. Join any day until 26 Dec 2026.
  • A day counts when you have listened for 10 minutes or more that day. Listen for longer if you like: every minute still adds to your total.
  • Two rest days keep your streak going. 25 of the 30 days finishes the challenge. All 30 days is a Full 30.
  • Sitting alongside other people is the heart of the challenge. Join a live group session, or start a team with colleagues, friends or a club.
  • World Meditation Day was proclaimed by the UN General Assembly in 2024, resolution A/RES/79/137.

Key messages

Use these in your own words. They are written in the language of this page: change the page language to read them in yours.

Talking points: say what you really did and how it felt to you. A short, honest day-by-day note is worth more than a script.

Do and don't

Do

  • Say what you really did, in your own days and your own words.
  • Say in the post that 2hives gave you something for it, and label it as advertising.
  • Use your own invite link, so people land on the right page.
  • Credit 2hives when you use our pictures.
  • Keep the tone calm: no hype and no pressure.
  • Tell people to listen somewhere safe with headphones at a comfortable volume. Not while driving or operating machinery.
  • If someone in your comments says they are struggling, point them to local support, not to a session.

Don't

  • Don't make health or medical claims. Don't say a session cures, treats or relieves anxiety, stress, sleep problems or pain.
  • Don't promise results, such as a changed life, more money, luck or better relationships.
  • Don't use energy or frequency language: no raising your energy, no upgrades to your mind.
  • Don't use any UN logo, and don't suggest that the UN runs, backs or takes part in the challenge. Use only this sentence about World Meditation Day: World Meditation Day was proclaimed by the UN General Assembly in 2024, resolution A/RES/79/137.
  • Don't quote prices or invent deadlines, and don't promise your audience anything we have not published.
  • Don't aim posts at children.

Disclosure: label every post

If 2hives gives you anything, that is a material connection. Most countries require you to tell your audience clearly, and before they decide to trust you. This is plain guidance, not legal advice. If your country is not listed, follow the strictest rule that applies to your audience.

  • Put the label at the start of the caption, in the language of the post, not only in your bio, a profile link or behind "more".
  • In a video, say it aloud and show it on screen. In a live stream, repeat it.
  • Turn on the platform's paid partnership or branded content label where there is one, and also write the words.
  • Reposts and reshares need the same label.
WhereUseWhy
Australia#ad, Paid partnership, Branded content The AANA Code of Ethics (section 2.7) says advertising must be clearly distinguishable, and the ACCC treats hidden brand relationships as misleading under the Australian Consumer Law. Gifts and other benefits count. "sp", "spon", "gifted" or "collab" on their own are not enough.
United KingdomAd, #ad The CMA and the ASA treat gifted items and passes as advertising. Put "Ad" or "#ad" at the very start of the caption, not among a row of hashtags. A platform tool alone is not enough.
United States#ad, Sponsored The FTC Endorsement Guides (updated in 2023) require a clear and conspicuous disclosure of any material connection, including products and perks you received at no charge. On a story, place it over the image. Do not rely on "ambassador" or "collab" alone.
European UnionWerbung, Publicité, Publicidad, Pubblicità, Reklám EU rules ban hidden advertising, and the details are national: for example France and Germany expect a clear label such as "Publicité" or "Werbung". Use the word for advertising in the language of your post.

Plain examples

  • #ad I am working with 2hives on the Guided Meditation Challenge. Here is my honest first week.
  • Ad: I joined the 2hives challenge and 2hives gave me a pass at no charge. These are my own words.
  • In a video, say at the start: "I work with 2hives, so this is an ad."

How to take part

  1. Join the challenge. Create your account and join on the challenge page. You can join any day until 26 Dec 2026.
  2. Start a team for your audience. Make a team and send the invite link. A team's captain sees team totals only, never what any member listened to.
  3. Get your personal link. Your invite link is on your account page. Share it, so the people you invite arrive on the challenge page.
  4. Share your milestones. After a session you may see a Share this panel at a milestone, such as a 7-day streak. Nothing is public until you choose to share it.

Post schedule ideas

  • 19 Oct 2026 The challenge is announced: tell your audience it is coming and share your link.
  • The week before 21 Dec 2026 Post a story card and invite people to join you or your team.
  • 21 Dec 2026 World Meditation Day: say you are in, with a story card.
  • 4 Jan 2027 Around day 15: a short honest update on how it is going.
  • 20 Jan 2027 The finale: share where you got to.

Late December is busy. One or two posts before the start and one at the finale is plenty.

Programme totals: ambassadors fewer than 5, posts fewer than 5, activated listeners fewer than 5. Last updated 5 Nov 2026.

No agent is listed yet.

Apply to be an ambassador

We read each application ourselves and aim to reply by email within 3 days. Sending this form does not give you access to anything by itself.

We use these details only to reply to you and, if we approve your application, to send you a pass. The form is protected by an automated check. How we handle ambassador applications
