What you'll practise
- Weight Map — Feel the exact resting outline of the body, region by region, and notice where it feels light.
- The Hum — An imagined soft hum that spreads through the body like a bell after it was struck.
- Hum Dial — Turn the hum up and down at will, so the feeling always stays in your hands.
- Home Thread — A soft thread from your chest to your resting body: one gentle tug and you are home.
- Side Turn — Imagine turning onto your side without moving the body, and roll softly free.
- Ceiling Point — Place your attention on a spot above you and imagine looking down from it.
Sessions
6 sessions · 3 h
-
1. Astral Projection
Deep relaxation, a building hum stage and guided separation imagery, followed by a gentle, grounded return.
-
2. The Weight Map
Learn to feel exactly where your body rests, region by region, and where it already feels light.
-
3. Building the Hum
Grow the hum on purpose, turn it up and down with the Hum Dial, and rest in a light, humming body.
-
4. Side Turn and Ceiling Point
Two imagined ways to float free: turning softly onto your side, and moving your viewpoint to the ceiling.
-
5. Open Sky
An open practice: prepare on your own, float free with the method you prefer, and explore in long silence.
-
6. Drifting Out
A sleep variant: practise the float as you fall asleep, with no wake-up, so the night can carry it on.
About the sound
Each session layers soft tone pairs, one in each ear, over a gentle noise bed, with a voice guiding you. Research on binaural beats is mixed; we publish both sides.
