1. The Sky-High Tree
Cross a meadow at dusk to the great tree of the tales and rest between its roots, in the middle world.

2. Down the Roots
Follow the roots of the tree down to a quiet lower world, find a clear spring and meet an animal companion.

3. The Táltos Horse
In the tales a small, shaggy foal eats glowing embers and becomes the táltos horse. Feed it, and let it carry you.

4. The Branches
With the táltos horse beside you, climb the trunk to the branches of the sky-high tree, where the old songs put the sun and the moon.

5. Three Worlds
One journey through all three worlds of the tree: a gift from the roots, the middle and the branches, carried home.

6. Open Journey
Open practice: the tree, the horse and the three worlds are yours. A few cues, long silences, and a clear way back.
About the sound
Each session layers soft tone pairs, one in each ear, over a gentle noise bed, with a voice guiding you. Research on binaural beats is mixed; we publish both sides.
