Accessibility statement

Our aim

2hives aims to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA on 2hives.com and in our apps. We are not claiming full conformance today.

What we did

On 31 October 2026 we tested 20 public and 9 signed-in pages with automated checks (axe-core, at desktop and phone widths, light and dark, three languages) and manual checks (keyboard, text at 200 percent, player controls). We have not yet tested with real screen readers on all pages.

Known gaps

These are the gaps we know about as of the test date. We update this list with each release.

Spoken sessions: a text transcript and captions are not switched on for every session yet.
The cookie banner can cover the item that has keyboard focus until a choice is made.
The sign-in security check can be wider than a narrow phone screen.
The player restarts a session after a 5 minute pause; users cannot yet extend that time.
Some Hungarian pages scroll sideways at large text sizes; some form errors are not announced with focus moved to them.

If something does not work for you, write to info@2hives.com. We aim to reply within 2 business days (Australian time, Monday to Friday, as on the support page) and to offer another way, for example a plain text version of a session description or help by phone.
