Lucid dreaming apps and courses: how they fit together
2hives is an independent product of 2BEE FARM PTY LTD. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any company or product named on this page. Names belong to their owners and are used only to say which product a fact is about.
Help with lucid dreaming comes in three kinds: apps for journaling and reminders, courses taught by a named teacher, and guided audio you follow. They do different jobs and can be used together.

Who might prefer Sounds True: Lucid Dreaming Training Program
- A named teacher and a structured course.
Who might prefer World of Lucid Dreaming
- Free articles and a free course.
Who might prefer Charlie Morley
- A named teacher, live workshops and retreats.
A journal app records your dreams and reminds you during the day. A taught course gives you a teacher and a method. A guided audio course gives you sessions to follow, written around your own words. Nothing here asks you to choose one: many people keep a journal and follow a course at the same time.
