This is the provider identification for the 2hives website (2hives.com) and the 2hives apps. It is given under the rules that apply to services offered to people in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein (Germany: section 5 Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz, DDG; Austria: section 5 E-Commerce-Gesetz and section 25 Mediengesetz; Switzerland: Art. 3 para. 1 lit. s of the Federal Act against Unfair Competition, UWG) and is open to everyone.

Business purpose: operating the 2hives guided-audio service. Basic line of the medium (section 25 Mediengesetz): personalised audio programs for relaxation and meditation; no medical advice. Supervisory authority and regulated profession: none.

We answer by email, normally within two working days. This is direct and fast electronic contact. We do not publish a telephone number: the Court of Justice of the European Union has held that a provider need not offer a telephone number if it offers another means of direct and effective communication (judgment of 10 May 2018, case C-649/17).

Consumer dispute resolution

The EU online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228), so we do not link to it. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (section 36 Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz, VSBG). 2hives is free to use.
